409 new cases have been recorded in the Hunter Health district over the past 24 hours, including 126 in Lake Macquarie. Hunter Region: 316 new cases. Statewide: 6062 new cases, and one more death.

¿ 409 new cases have been recorded in the Hunter Health district over the past 24 hours, including 126 in Lake Macquarie.
¿ Hunter Region: 316 new cases.
¿ Statewide: 6062 new cases, and one more death.
¿ There are now 7241 active cases in the Hunter health district.
¿ We now have 27 people being treated for Covid in local hospitals, with 3 in ICU.
¿ Of the new cases in the health district:
- 126 are from Lake Macquarie LGA
- 63 are from Newcastle LGA
- 43 are from Maitland LGA
- 28 are from Mid Coast LGA
- 24 are from Tamworth Reg. LGA
- 22 are from Cessnock LGA
- 22 are from Singleton LGA
- 16 are from Port Stephens LGA
- 14 are from Armidale LGA
- 14 are from Moree Plains LGA
- 12 are from Muswellbrook LGA
- 10 are from Upper Hunter LGA
- 4 are from Liverpool Plains LGA
- 3 are from Gunnedah LGA
- 3 are from Narrabri LGA
- 2 are from Dungog LGA

- 95% of people aged 16+ have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 93.5% of people aged 16+ have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 81.6% of people aged 12-15 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 78.3% of people aged 12-15 have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 93,581 tests
- 6,062 total new cases
- 557 people in hospital
- 60 people in ICU
- 1 death
