4432 new cases have been recorded in the Hunter Health district over the past 24 hours, including 904 in Lake Macquarie. Another death has been reported in the Newcastle area (a woman aged in her 70s).

¿ 4432 new cases have been recorded in the Hunter Health district over the past 24 hours, including 904 in Lake Macquarie.
¿ Another death has been reported in the Newcastle area (a woman aged in her 70s).
¿ Hunter Region: 3472 new cases.
¿ We now have 19,755 active cases in the health district.
¿ We also have 106 local people being cared for in our hospitals, and 9 are in ICU.
¿ Statewide: 45,098 new cases, and 9 more deaths.

- 95.1% of people aged 16+ have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 93.7% of people aged 16+ have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 81.5% of people aged 12-15 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 78.1% of people aged 12-15 have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 116,915 tests
- 45,098 total new cases
- 1795 people in hospital
- 145 people in ICU
- 9 deaths
