MASK RULES IN SCHOOLS: Firstly, a quick reminder that mask rules in schools change from Monday. Covid patients currently in Hunter Health district hospitals: 20 (up 2 since yesterday)

¿ Covid patients currently in Hunter Health district hospitals: 20 (up 2 since yesterday)
¿ Covid patients in Hunter ICU: 3 (up 1 on previous day)
¿ Covid patients currently in NSW hospitals: 1130 (down 14 since yesterday)
¿ Covid patients in NSW ICU: 59 (down 5 on the previous day, 24 on ventilation)
¿ New cases in Hunter-New England Health district in past 24 hours: 956 (down 43 on previous day's figure, 337 PCR + 619 RAT).
¿ New cases statewide since yesterday: 7017 (down 566 on the previous day, 2621 PCR + 4396 RAT)
¿ New cases in Lake Macquarie over the past four weeks: Data not available today.
¿ Lives lost in NSW over the past 24 hours: 11 (up 5 on the previous day). This brings the total number of lives lost to Covid in NSW to 1890 (in Australia 5131).
¿ Lives lost in the Hunter Health district over the past 24 hours: 1 (a woman in her 80s from the Tamworth LGA. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.) ¿¿

¿ STATEWIDE VACCINATION RATES
- 95.8% of people aged 16+ have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 94.3% of people aged 16+ have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 53.5% of people have had three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine*
- 83.6% of people aged 12-15 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 79% of people aged 12-15 have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 47.2% of people aged 5-11 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
