New tourism push for Lake Macquarie

Great to see Lake Macquarie featured in a new statewide tourism campaign which kicked off yesterday.
The new campaign, which continues the 'Love the Lake' theme, is aimed at travellers aged under 45 and highlights some of the area's natural and adventure tourism activities.
It promotes the area as an ideal daytrip or short break destination.
Funding for the campaign came from a successful funding application to Destinations NSW from Lake Macquarie City Council.
