$440m package for tenants and landlords

The State Government has announced a $440m emergency package for residential tenants and landlords which I believe will go a long way towards providing some certainty for both parties.

It's not perfect, but nothing is at the moment.

This package comes in addition to the Federal assistance package for commercial tenants and landlords which was announced last week.
