?? Another day of no new cases of community transmission anywhere in NSW. That’s 9 consecutive days.
?? The number of recorded cases worldwide hit 100million overnight, while the global death toll now stands at 2,148,493.
?? The Hunter-New England region has now gone 172 days without a locally-acquired case.
?? There were 2 new cases among the returned overseas travellers in hotel quarantine over the past 24 hours.
?? Australia's death toll remains at 909 with 56 in NSW and 820 in Victoria.
?? The number of active cases in NSW continues to fall and now stands at 49. Victoria has 31, there are 16 in QLD, 12 in WA, 1 in SA and 7 in the NT. Tasmania and the ACT have zero.
?? Please continue to stay safe, vigilant, maintain the social distancing, and wear a mask if you have to visit places where social distancing is difficult.
