Air race cancelled

AIR RACE CANCELLED Disappointed to hear that the Air Race World Championship planned for Lake Macquarie in November has been cancelled. A statement from the organisers is in the photo below. The race was expected to bring an $8m economic boost to the region when it staged a round of the world championships locally, but organisers behind the event have cancelled all global events for the remainder of the year.
