¿ WEEKLY COVID UPDATE - October 14, Lake Macquarie
¿ Sorry I'm a bit late with this week's update. Worth noting that from today, NSW Health has changed the rules around isolation periods for people with Covid. In short, there is no longer a mandatory 7-day isolation period and you are only required to stay home for as long as you're sick with obvious symptoms, in the same way you'd treat a bad flu. If you have Covid or flu-like symptoms, though, stay home and stay away from high-risk settings such as hospitals, disability and aged care facilities in particular.
