Congratulations and thank you CommBank Matilda's

Disappointment is a funny thing.

While everyone is disappointed the CommBank Matildas' run for the cup has ended, not a single person is disappointed with these phenomenal ladies' performance over the last few weeks.

What an incredible run and outstanding performance. Last night we sat on the edge of our seats and cheered on our girls, this morning we look towards the match on Saturday against Sweden for third place as they bring their stellar run to its close.

So proud of our Matilda's record breaking performance on the world stage and I personally am looking forward to seeing greater respect and support for women's sports.
