Teralba Annual Juniors Fishing Competition

Mother nature turned it on for Teralba Lakesiders Fishing Club's Annual Juniors Competition!
60 young anglers competed, catching photographing and releasing all the fish they caught.
I must say was so good to see young families out and about enjoying Lake Macquarie and learning about the importance of sustainable fishing in our precious waterway.
The competition was run in conjunction with a raffle to raise money for Marine Rescue Lake Macquarie and im pleased to report that the raffle and Fishing Club members raised more than $2200.
