The contact details of your Next of Kin, as well as the nominated doctor, dentists and any medical alerts that would help in an emergency situation can be entered onto a register. Any information provided will be securely stored and only accessed by NSW Police.

This information may assist the police and emergency services to contact a relative or other nominated person if needed in an emergency situation.
