R U OK? Day 2024
13th September 2024
R U OK? Day reminds us that asking "are you ok?" is a simple way to check in with our friends, families and co-workers.
But, asking someone if they're ok is something we can (and should) do any day, not just once a year.
Take the time to check in with someone who may be struggling, even if they don't seem like they need help.
It might just be the opportunity someone needs to open up and share their burden.
If you or someone you know needs help here are some phenomenal resources you can connect with.
