Surf Lifesaving and Anglicare in NSW Parliament

Surf Life Saving NSW and Anglicare Sydney are two organisations that quite literally save lives, albeit in very different ways.

It was really interesting to hear about the use of various drones, including new water drones that SLS NSW will be using this summer to keep beach-goers safe.

Today, I also met with Anglicare CEO Simon Miller and Andrew Ford, at Anglicare's pop-up Op Shop in the Macquarie Room at the Parliament of NSW. Being offered the opportunity to help pack food hampers for families in need this Christmas was a rewarding experience.

I'd like to extend my thanks and appreciation to everyone involved in these very worthy organisations.
