Emergency Services drop into NSW Parliament

The Lake Macquarie community has faced significant challenges due to natural disasters.
Approximately 60% of the Lake Macquarie City area is identified as bushfire prone, and our region is subject to flooding following intense rainfall.
It was great to meet with members from NSW SES, NSW Rural Fire Service Fire and Rescue NSW and NSW Reconstruction Authority at an Emergency Service drop-in session Parliament of NSW hosted by Minister for Emergency Services Jihad Dib MP.
