Wangi Wangi 2025 Anzac Day commemorative luncheon

Thank you to Wangi Wangi RSL Sub-Branch for inviting me to their 2025 Anzac Day annual commemorative luncheon.

This event brings members together, to remember their comrades, veterans and our armed services personnel who have passed on.

President Leigh Warren also presented Fort Scratchley and Newcastle Military Vehicle Club with donations to help cover operational costs.

ANZAC Day is honoured in a special way in Wangi with not only a Dawn Service, but also the biggest military vehicle parade in Australia.

This year is the 26th year the parade will take place with 100 military vehicles expected to be on the road.
