This time the team carried out a record 3.097 free health checks across 42 testing locations.

Independent Member for Lake Macquarie, Greg Piper, was manning a NSW Rural Fire Service truck in April 2022 when Deaves Road became a natural disaster zone.
His job was to warn motorists that part of the Mandalong arterial road, which links the fast-growing south-west Lake Macquarie suburbs of Morisset and Cooranbong, was completely submerged by floodwater.

It's actually the Lake Macquarie Heritage Centre, home of the Lake Macquarie District Historical Society!

Lake Macquarie MP Greg Piper has called for facts, not ideology, to determine when Eraring power station closes.
The plant's owner, Origin Energy, reached an agreement with the state government last year to extend the life of Eraring by two years through to August 2027 in order to provide stability to the grid.

The $76 million upgrade to Mandalong Road, Morisset, is moving into the next phase with GHD Pty Ltd being awarded the contract to proceed with detailed design. Detailed design includes further geotechnical and survey investigations, development of detailed engineering drawings and reports, and construction specifications for project delivery.
